Joshua
Seage
I design high-performance websites and engineer automated systems that solve actual business problems.
My entire approach is grounded in grassroots community development. Whether I’m architecting a digital tool for a construction firm or helping a local group acquire AOD funding, the philosophy is the same. The best technology only works when it puts the community first and makes things easier for the people actually using it.

What I am building

Under Seage Studio
Designing the systems that fix the leaks, reduce the labour, and cut the latency.
Teven Golf Course
I just launched a complete suite of custom software, AI tools, and web design for Australia's best nine-hole golf course. This was a massive Phase 1 rebuild to bring their digital presence up to the same elite standard as their physical greens.
Barden Constructions
Right now, I am building an online, mobile-optimised inspection platform. The goal is to get this into the hands of builders on-site so they can run through compliance checks fast and seamlessly without being bogged down by terrible software.
Strategic AI Consulting
I work directly with businesses to help them level up their tech stack. I recently ran a comprehensive AI integration strategy session with the team at Lugarno Partners to show them exactly how to deploy agentic workflows using the right tools.

Lennox Label
Australia's first premium plain t-shirt subscription service.
I built this high-end e-commerce brand completely from the ground up. I handled the entire operational lifecycle, which meant managing the offshore manufacturing, dialling in the quality control, and figuring out the domestic logistics so the customer experience was flawless.
To actually sell the product, I built a data-driven content engine. I ran the performance marketing across Meta and Google to keep customer acquisition costs low while making sure the visual identity always looked premium.
Revenue isn't the problem
Three pillars sit underneath every business I work with. Click through to see how I think about each one.
I don't get distracted by top-line revenue figures when I look at a business. The actual challenges you are facing almost never start there. They always come down to three foundational pillars: Leakage, Labour, and Latency.
Community first
I spend my days building high-end tech, but my professional background is in community development. It keeps me tied to the local area and reminds me that technology is ultimately just a tool to help people connect and get things done.
President
Wollongbar Community Action Network (WCAN)
Leading local initiatives and ensuring our community has a strong voice in local development and infrastructure.
Community Development Officer / Grant Management
The Buttery
I help community groups acquire funding for grassroots AOD initiatives. It is about building strong communities and connections, with the understanding that great things are built from the community first — by the people with the actual understanding and relatability.
The Knowledge Base

I thought the work was really ingenious… It was inspired and interesting and I enjoyed it immensely.
Bachelor of Social Science
Advanced study in behavioural economics and social influence. I focus heavily on the psychology of consumer choice, which helps me bridge the gap between technical data and actual human action.
Behavioural Science & Marketing MAD//Masters
I mastered how to strategically apply psychological nudges to drive measurable digital growth. It is about crafting narratives that actually convert.
